This change was made in response to numerous homeowner complaints about noisey landscaping activity occurring seven days a week. Read here . . .
MAUI COUNTY STAKING PROJECT
Posted on Dec 19th, 2015
If you were wondering about the survey stakes around Moana Estates, the story is this. In connection with preparations by Towne Development - the developer of the Moana Estates, to dedicate the roads within the Moana Estates Community to the County of Maui, Maui County has staked areas within our Community identifying County street right of way areas. Towne is working with the County on the status of these right of way areas, and there should be information available soon.
We would advise that you DO NOT remove the stakes until the right of way matter is settled.
